These terms explain how Roux UI works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Roux UI is operated by Roux UI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Louisiana, domiciled in Houma, Louisiana. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roux UI LLC.
By accessing or using Roux UI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Roux UI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use Roux UI only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt, or misuse the platform or other users.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload, including messages, files, and learning activity.
By using Roux UI, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
You may not harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or exploit other users.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with Roux UI’s infrastructure, APIs, or security mechanisms.
You may not use Roux UI to violate any laws or regulations.
Roux UI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time as we improve and evolve the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roux UI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Your use of Roux UI is at your own risk. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or outcomes.
Original content created by Roux UI LLC — including courses, lessons, challenges, educational materials, design, logos, and branding — is the property of Roux UI LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Some UI components and templates available on Roux UI are built upon or derived from open-source libraries and are subject to their respective open-source licenses (such as MIT). Where applicable, original license attributions are preserved. Roux UI LLC claims ownership only over its original modifications, additions, and curated arrangements — not over the underlying open-source code.
When you purchase UI components or templates from Roux UI, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and incorporate them in your own personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense purchased components or templates as standalone products or as part of a competing component library. This license is perpetual for the version purchased.
The Roux UI name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Roux UI LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Roux UI may offer paid UI components, templates, courses, subscriptions, or premium features. Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a product, subscription, or paid feature, you authorize Roux UI LLC to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. One-time purchases (such as individual UI components or templates) are non-recurring and do not auto-renew.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, contact us at developertrey@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
You may delete your account at any time through your Account Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other users.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roux UI LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Roux UI shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify users via email or through a notice on the platform.
By continuing to use Roux UI after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roux UI LLC regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements.
The failure of Roux UI LLC to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
